The breakfasts were delicious and there was a wide variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby castles and caves. The staff was attentive and very helpful in providing information about the area.
The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, there were some noticeable areas that were missed during cleaning. The noise level at night was a bit bothersome, although it did not affect our ability to sleep.

The location was perfect for visiting the nearby castles and trails, and we even found a couple of ski slopes just a few kilometres away. the restaurant served amazing burgers and refreshing juices. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and attention to detail in the decor.
The cleaning could have been a bit better, especially behind the cabinets, and some of the sheets had small holes. the mattresses were not very comfortable for adults, although the kids seemed to like them.

The boutique hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful decor. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great bathrooms were well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty, and dinner was of great quality. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring castles, caves, and ski slopes nearby. the nearby palace added to the hotel's charm, making it a perfect place for a peaceful stay. the parking lot provided plenty of space.
The hotel's Wi-Fi coverage was not perfect, and there was not enough hot water for all guests at peak times.
